Injection molding machines are equipped with more than 500 modern injection machines for high-volume output of plastic parts (made from PE, PP, ABS, PVC, HIPS, PC and other thermoplastics resins.)

High-volume production of diecast metal toys and parts includes integrated machines for die casting, automated coating, decoration and assembly.

Molded plastic toy parts are decorated in substantial workshops outfitted with modern pad printing machines, manual and automated spray booths, and intricate hand-applied paint.

Assembly lines settings, complete the fabrication and packing of individual toys with precision and strict quality control equipment’s.

In-house workshops for customised blister and vacuum form packaging. Our carton and printing factory fabricates cardboard shipping cartons, with high-volume Gravure printers producing 4-colour packaging boxes.
