Construction features of Drying electric oven:
oven casing and insulation : Outer sheath SS 304,1.2 mm thick and angle work with 100 mm thick Ceramic blanket insulation on all side.
Inner sheath and air flow baffles : Inner sheath and air flow baffles are made up of SS 304 sheath and baffles should be easily removable and fixing for cleaning purpose.
Doors : Single leaf double wall with SS 304,1.2 mm thick inner sheath and outer sheath SS 304, 1.2 mm thick and ceramic rope seal on the pheriphery to prevent heat losses the seal should be suitable to withstand operating temperature.
Heating element : Heating elements are made from SS 304 outer tube with heating element KANTHAL-A1 and Magnessium oxide filled heaters.
The oven should be perfectly safe:
Fan and heaters shall be energizing when the door is fully closed.
Heaters should be energizing after fan is switched ON.
A safety should be made on the oven body blower motor and control panel for earthing.
Oven Capacity to be 250 deg c in 60 mins
Temperature controller ; Contractor based temperature control panel as per customer requirement.
Inter lock for heating fanswitch off when door is open.
