Oven casing and insulation : Outer sheath MS CRCA 2 mm thick and angle work with 200 mm ceramic wool blanket insulationon all side.
Inner sheath and air flow baffles : Inner sheath and air flow baffles made of stainless steel 310, 2 mm thick sheath and baffles should be easily removable and fixing for cleaning purpose.
Doors : Double leaf double wall with stainless steel 304, 2 mm thick inner sheath and outer sheath Mild steel CRCA 2 mm thick and ceramic rope seal on the periphery to prevent heat losses the seal should be suitable to withstand operating temperature.
Heating element : Heating elements are made from Incoloy with heating element KANTHAL A1 & magnessium oxide filled heaters.
Circulation hot air fan : Shall be providing circulation of hot air 1 No of high capacity centrifugal fan on the top mounting.
The oven should be perfectly safe :
- Fan and heaters shall be energizing when the door is fully closed.
- Heaters should be energizing after fan is switched ON.
- A safety should be made on the oven body blower motor & control panel for earthing.
